    locked cell side effect

Here's an oddball question for you all - hopefully I can describe it properly.

When you arrow through the cells (going Z - A for example) the cursor stops at A and won't go any further...
But when you have locked cells the cursor continues to loop back through repeatedly.

Is there any way to stop this, or is it just a side effect of having locked cells/protected sheets?

    TIA

I believe that this is caused by having your sheet set to not select locked cells when it's protected. If select locked cells is checked it will stop at A if it is unchecked it will run through all the unlocked cells in a loop. I hope this answers your question. It's all i could come up with without knowing exactly what you are doing.
