Having trouble on retrieving data from excel sheet to show in userform

Hi

I having some sort of difficulty on displaying data back to the userform.

After submitting the data from userform I want to be able select combobox and look for oustanding amount aswell as customer.After selecting the the selected customer in the combobox the userform must populated with that customers relavant info
