I've somehow lost the ability to cut or copy a row or column; the options are greyed out in my rightclick menu. I can use my right click to cut/copy any cells or range of cells, except if I click on column or row header my menu is greyed out. Any ideas on how to restore it?
Still don't know how I lost it, but I WAS able to restore it. The normal "Commandbars("Cell").Reset" didn't work for me, so I found and altered the code below to turn everything back on by using the Reset macro.

Possible cause of loss of functionality:
I have had trouble like this if File Preview is being used in Windows Explorer and the file was opened using Windows Explorer. This happens mainly when working with a file on OneDrive or Dropbox. I can lose partial functionality of the ribbon, right click menu or total loss of functionality of the ribbon, tabs and right click menu. If I go to Windows Explorer and turn off File Preview, all functionality returns.
