Dynamic name list to change depending on values in a table

Hi,

I have a table with some names and a value for each name. I want to accomplish a list with the name of those who isnt marked with a 1 in the table at a chosen number from a data validation list. If i change my choice in the data validation list i want the list of names to also change. Its kind of hard for me to explain but i have made an example in the attached file with my situation and the outcom that i want to accomplish. I am convinced that will make more sense, if not please let me know and i will try to clarify.

This is just a guess but are you wanting a self-diminishing drop-down list as the number of ones change across columns for any given name?

If that guess is correct what specific conditions are to be met?

Thanks for making an effort to help me.

The problem is not the drop down list. That will be dynamic so when i add more columns they will be in the drop down list. That is taken care of. What i need is when i choose one value in the drop down list in D47 the names in C49:C56 will change depending on which names that dont have a 1 in that column chosen in the drop down list.

As you can se in the attached file the value i the dropdown list is 8. On row 6, 8 is in column K. The names in column K that dont have a 1 in column K are those i written in C49:C56. If i then change in the drop down list to 9, i want the names for that i n col L dont have a 1 attached to it. Its in C49:C56 i want the names to change depending on which value is in D47.

Once again, thanks for the effort in helping me out. I understand that it must be hard to understand what im trying to accomplish.

In cell C49 I have entered this array-entered formula and copied down to C56.

If you are not familiar with array formulas they are not entered in the usual way. Array enter means the formula must be committed by simultaneously pressing and holding down Ctrl and Shift while hitting Enter.
