I am trying to find a way to make sure that when you print a sheet from a multiple sheet workbook, it automatically sets the margins and centers the sheet.

The sheet can be accessed by all staff and I want them to be able to print the 2 pages either to a network printer or PDF for emailing, without having to keep changing the print margin and centering settings every time.

It's a customer returns sheet and at present for instance, it is perfect on mine- but on a colleagues all the margins go back to the default settings adding an extra page and altering the aesthetics. It is however retaining the set print area and it is retaining a forced page break.
