Hi,
I know that I should use conditional formatting but I dont know which formula I should use in conditional formatting to highlight the cells on the basis of few conditions.
My conditions are:-
If the date is less then today date, then make this cell RED.
If the date is greater then today date, then make this cell Green.

Conditional Formatting
New Rule
Use a formula to determine...
=(A1<TODAY())
format as Red
=(A1>TODAY())
format as Green
You didnt specifiy = to today, adjust as necessary
Use Format painter (paintbrush icon) to copy to any other cells
