Excel file saved as >xlam - Excel 2010

Recently a co-worker inadvertently saved an excel workbook with an .xlam extension.

I was trying to figure out how she did it and how to fix it so I saved a test excel file with an .xlam extension on my desktop.

Since I no longer need it, I deleted it from my desktop and emptied my recycling bin.

Now whenever I open excel I get the attached popup. (I hope I attached it correctly!)

I have deleted all my recent workbooks and places but it still pops up.

Any idea how to get rid of it?

    TIA

I found the answer to my question and I figured I would post it just in case anyone else has the same problem. It was listed in my add-ins and once I deleted it, the pop up went away.
