Calculating Idol Time

I have a worksheet that records all the GPS events for a truck in a given time period. Each time there is a status change (new location, driving started, driving stopped), also every 20 minutes, it will log the event on a spreadsheet.

I want a way to calculate Idol time (time from last "driving stopped", until next "driving started"). How do I go about doing that?

Here is a way to do it using a "helper" column.

The first idle period is not calculated because there is not initial "driver stopped" flag to start from.

By the way, "idle" not "idol".
