On your form, assuming its a Text Box, can you not assign the value of the activecell to the textbox?
    Cheers!

    Hi, ntambomvu,

you should consider to arttach a sample of your workbook for better understanding (with the code you have so far). Or you may have a lok at An Excel DatabaseForm to adapt for your own projects as an example how to solve the problem.

    Hi, ntambomvu,

AFAIR there is no Form on the Ribbon in Excel2013 (at léast not in my local version of it) except that the DataForm has been activated via the options. And if so there will be no VBA Code or workbook as that is a feature integrated into Excel.

    Ciao,
    Holger
