What is the mean of merged cells to be identically sized

Hi Everyone,

I am getting the error while sorting the data. My data is having the list of Employee Name, Designation and Department.

While sorting the data I am getting an error.

Always, it's advisable to don't use the merge funtion.

You can do unmerging first using the 'Merge & Center' option under the Home Tab (select entire sheet first)

To present or view the worksheet in neat, please remove the gridlines and give borders wherever you want.
