Copy cells from one sheet to another based on selection by user

This is quite an easy one for you guys but I'm finding it difficult to search for an answer online because the search terms used are generic and return solutions for other problems.

Issue: 3 tabs. First one contains raw data, second tab is where the user selects which tabs on the raw data are relevant, third tab will copy data from the first tab based on user selection in the second tab).

I want to avoid use of simple copy and paste because I don't want the user to have access to the copy tab (as this will contain formulas in other sections of the sheet).

I've attached an example. Hopefully I've explained what I'm looking for.
