Comparing two tables and find the gaps between them;

I have 2 table and I want to find the gap between them and join them in one table to better comparison and presentation of gaps

I'd recommend to show few scenarios. here you have shown only one, where few first fron both tables pair to each other, and then there are first table "singles" and second table "singles" is that always the case? How about having Y in D7 etc.
