How do I use a macro to automatically pull data from a website onto my spreadsheet?

Hello,

I'd like to have my spreadsheet automatically pull data from various websites. I am a daily fantasy sports player and having the most current data is very important in what I do. I heard that using a macro is the way to accomplish this.

In the attachment, you will find the website at the top of each sheet and the data that I'd like to export from that website. It's necessary that I export the data exactly how it looks on each sheet. This is because I have another sheet that takes all of this data and organizes it using formulas so cell location is really important. I've also only attached 3 sheets of my entire spreadsheet (just to save you time) but once I find out how to do it I can add the other ones myself. On the first sheet I'd like that to be the page where I can click on the "Update All" cell to update the data every morning.

I'm also hoping if you guys can show me how to do this step by step so I can also apply this on my other spreadsheets (non-baseball) as well.
