    Filter Changed Rows

I posted a while ago on deleting unchanged rows from a large database. The issue we are having is one of debugging now and while the solution to tag changed rows would work, we didn't get to implement it before a large number of changes were made to a spreadsheet. Now - with those changes already made - I want to filter (somehow) the rows that are changed. Either with a view to copying and pasting just them into a new spreadsheet or deleting all that isn't (already) changed.

So the question is basically this :

Is it possible to filter out all rows in a spreadsheet that are unchanged so that all that is displayed are the rows that have been changed?

I'm hoping there is a relatively simple way to do this since Excel obviously tags changed rows (row numbers are red for those that have been edited).

    Thank you!

How can you discern what has or hasn't changed? Do you have a listing of "Before" to be compared with "After"?

We have a database which is downloaded every week to an Excel spreadsheet. It is a shared spreadsheet and changes are logged ('Review' --> 'Track Changes' --> 'Highlight Changes' and then select "All" and "Everyone" in the "When" and "Who" dropdowns). So the second tab lists each change, but we have a situation in which changes are not being uploaded properly and we are trying to troubleshoot only those rows which have already been changed. To do so, I simply want to list all the changed rows.

Can you upload a sample of your workbook that you are working with? Seeing the workbook may trigger an idea.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
