Find the row where a value drops to zero (first instance of zero)

Hi I have a large table and in one column I have a dollar amount and in the next I have a month number. I would like to know at which month the dollar amount reaches zero. It would have to be the first instance of zero from the top down as it continues at zero after the first instance.

The table populates based on input from another sheet so data is always different depending on the input.

    Thanks!!!

Assumes the $ values are in the A column and the Month Values are in the B column. Edit the letter ranges as needed.

Thanks so much!! this worked perfectly. Now, how do I split the months into Years and Months for example if the above outputs 244 months, how can I show that this is 20 years and 4 months with years and months in separate cells?
