Misaligned when printing on pre-lined document

I have a document that has preset boxes for usually writing into, very similar to notebook paper lining. I wanted to use Excel to setup so that anyone could pull up this form, type in the lines, then insert the blank/pre-lined document and it would print nicely, instead of handwriting. I have set the line heights, but about every 3rd or 4th line will begin to offset, so that the typed item is further up. By the time it gets to the 5th or 6th line, it is printing on the line. I have tried everything.

I want to make sure I understand. You are using pre-lined paper instead of blank paper in the printer. Ideally the lines on the pre-lined paper should match up to the where the excel data is printing on the page?

A few things to check:
*Did you set your font to a specific size? If you make font bigger it will usually auto resize the cells.
*See if your pre-line documents measurements between lines is off so that they aren't measuring exactly the same.
*Check print areas and make sure it is not set to "fit on one page" or "shrink to fit" or anything like that - it'll mess with the size of everything on the page.

It is much easier to use blank paper and let excel print the lines
