    formula navigation

I have two questions related to formula management

    1) When I'm creating a formula and taking a section from another tab, how can I go back to the original tab where the formula is being written, without have to click the tab itself?

    2) This formula i s in E3. =SUMIF(June!C:C,Sheet2!C3&"-"&Sheet2!B3,June!E:E)-SUMIF(June!C:C,Sheet2!C3&"-"&Sheet2!B3,June!F:F)
How can I move it to D3 without having any of the references move?

2 .... Select cell E3, press F2 to go into Edit mode, select the whole formula in the Formula bar, Ctrl-C to copy it, Esc to come out of Edit mode, select cell D3, press Ctrl-V to paste it. done.

Sounds more complicated than it is.

    Re: formula navigation

I think there's something misunderstanding here. What ammartino44 seems to be asking is, when in the process of typing a formula that references a separate sheet, Example: Sheet1, in any cell, type =, then select any cell in Sheet2 (the formula will look like this =Sheet2!A1), how do you then, before hitting (ENTER), do you go back to Sheet1, without having to click on the Sheet1 tab itself.

My answer: No, I don't think there is a way to do so apart from 1) clicking on said tab, 2)Ctrl PageUP/DOWN it.
