Select array data

Hi

In A2 I have a drop down list (Elect;Mech;Joiner;Painter;Manager)
In B2 I have a drop down list (Day;Eve;W/End;Public)

I have a 5 x 4 array of values £00.00 of which the array Row and Column are names as in drop lists in A2 and B2 respectively

In C2 I need a formula based on the drop downs to select the array entry

Tried attaching file example but the "Browse" button did nothing!

Thanks in anticipation of a solution from the gurus
