Excel formatting issues only occur on one computer

I work in a corporate environment. We recently imaged a dozen or so brand new computers with the same image. One of them however is having issues when opening excel. Files open and the margins are off(set to custom) and spreadsheets that normally stay on one page on other computers are going onto two pages on this one. I have tried a repair, and the issue is not the scaling unfortunately. I am in office 2010. All other office programs have no issues.

this may seem basic, but have you tried to set the margins to normal? Or Manually set them ?

Yes, and when i change it to normal, it will stay highlighted, however when printed the margins are the same. This issue exists for every excel document, not one!

The only other thing i can think of would be the incorrect page size (which would effect the margin size) ... After that .. sorry I really have no clue

Thank you, but i had also thought of that. the page size is correct and consistent on all machines :/
