Multiple IfThenOr Statments for min required size.

Hi everyone,

I'm doing some revising to an already working Order Form. However, sometimes early in the morning I forget to check for minimum sizes on orders. In Column Z the customer is to pick the door style they would like to order. Depending on which style # is selected In each respective row, a minimum size is required in both the width and the length column to be able to fit in our machines. If the Style# selected is 4300 then the minimum required in Cell B59 and Cell C59 is 7.5 Inches. If the Style # is either 4300, 4459, or 4741 the minimum size required in those cells becomes 6.5 where it is 7.5 When 4300 is selected. If these conditions are not met I would like a messages to pop up and tell the user to alter the sizes to their minimum required.

You could have a pop-up happen, but before going there, what do you think of the attached file?

This will help them with color changes and a message that pops up to the side (but still in the sheet) if the values are too low.

To make it work, I added:

*A Table on a second tab to hold the minimums

*Named formula to hold the LINE_ITEM_LEN_MIN --> Definition:

Thanks, the file worked perfectly, I don't know where you found the formula but it works. How do I change the color of the highlighter to a red rather than yellow?

Glad to help someone on the other side of my state.

You'll have to adjust the conditional formatting.

STEPS:
* Select cell B59
* Go to: Home>Conditional Formatting>Manage Rules
* Highlight the rule, and press "Edit Rule..."
* Click "Format..."
* Select the "Fill" tab. Once there, pick the color you want and press OK.
* Press OK again.
* Press OK again.
