Trying to combine 2 spreadsheets...not working...

Hi ppl,

I'm trying to consolidate 2 sheets,they have 2 rows,same headers..should be straight forward,but i get this msg all the time,consolidate didnt happened...
I've opened new sheet,did conso. chose the rows and data,added the path,ticked both boxes,then just one(not the link one)still no good...any idea what im doing wrong?? using excell 2007...

without see your sample workbook its difficult to see what's going on, try to post/upload your file with the desired results too...
