Date column wise corresponding to the month

I have use drop down list A1 its contains financial year.

Query-1

am trying to achieve the results i have select the month of May-15 return all the dates are column wise corresponding to the month.

Query-2

and i have select the another month of May-15 return all the date are two times column wise corresponding to the month.

please help me.file attached.

Hi Vandini

You can use the following formula in A3 =DATE(YEAR($A$3),MONTH($A$3),B$1) by numbering B1:Af1 as 1 to 31

Can you explain it a bit more? maybe with some real world examples?

Query-1

The following formula return row wise perfectly corresponding to the month.

=IF($A$1+ROWS($1:1)-1>EOMONTH($A$1,0),"",$A$1+ROWS($1:1)-1)-i have Search in Excel Forum posted by Mr.Glenn Kennedy)

The above mention formula am trying to column wise but return date wrongly. snap shot attached.

Please upload a WORKBOOK that has data in it showing what you are starting with and what you want as a result. A blank workbook with dates isn't informative and the pictures can't be seen by many people including myself so they are pretty well useless.
