    Change your Calendar work days and the start of your week Excel 2010

    All,

    Is there a way to modify the start of the week for Excel in "options"? I know how to perform this in Outlook. The issue I am having is Excel is using Sunday - Saturday as the weeks (typical for Western Hemisphere). My company has their weeks from M-Sun, payroll, vacation etc.

    In the attached worksheet Cell B39 is green (conditional formatting on the entire row) to be green for "this week". The way my company's business profile is, it is showing last week's Week Ending date. Cell B40 should be indicating the current week.

    Is there a way to map Excel to have the same dates (M-Sun) as my Outlook and Computer Calendar?

    =WEEKNUM(TODAY(),2)=WEEKNUM(B6,2)

    Try this formula for coloring the cells

    popipipo,

    Thank you. This formula works perfectly. I deleted the previous Conditional Formatting Rule.

    However, is there a way to change the way Excel allocates the week start?
