Pivot Table - Avg by Wk

I have a pivot table created with 'Origin' and 'Destination' in the Row Labels and 'Week' on the Labels. I then have 'count' within the value. I am trying to gather 'Average count by week'. I cannot just divide by 26 across the board because some of the 'origin'-'destination' pairs don't start until week 7 and I need this to expand each week as the year goes on.

In Q4 put this formula and pull it down.

    =M4/COUNTA(F4:L4)
