Issue with page break when using Surface Pro 3

Hi,

I have a weird issue with my workbook. I don't know if its specific to this workbook, or all of them, but the page break doesn't match up when using my SP3.

With 2 other devices, it looks exactly how I want. But when I use my SP3, the page will only hold 48 rows, whereas on my other devices, the page will hold 50 rows.

I don't get it. Can someone clarify on why its doing this? I dont trust my SP3 now when working with excel now.

I was suggested to test print the pages, in case there's a preview error on the SP3.

When I go into my SP3, again, in preview, it looks wrong. It's short by 2 rows for whatever reason. Speaking of which, in google doc preview, it shows it has 51 rows. :dunno:

But anyways, printing matches the preview.
