Dear All,
i am looking for a formula / alternative in order to have a list of figures with different forma to same same figures with same format.
Example in column A, the list of different format:
163-8899 9684
169 56332141
184-4563-3366
157 5896 5412
i would like to have all these figures in same format as follow:
XXX XXXX XXXX
3 figures space 4 figures space 4 figures
Any idea how to proceed please ?

Try this formula
Assuming data starts in A1 and formula in B1
=TEXT(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(A1,"-","")," ",""),"000 0000 0000")
