Test series of conditions using if

Hello everyone
I have fixed numbers in A1:O1

And there are another series in A2:O2

I need a formula that compare all the numbers all together
I tried the following array formula but it is not working as expected

I got OK but in fact in this case there is the number 3 less than its comparing number which is 8 , so the result should be "Not OK"
I know it can be achieved like that
