Conditional Format If 1 Cell Blank and Another Has Text

I need some conditional formatting for a column based on if a cell is blank but the cell before isn't. For example: H6 is blank but G6 has a value in it I would like to highlight H6. If it makes a difference all affected cells are currency format. Thanks for any help.

I selected column H then went to conditional formatting, New Rule, Use Formula..., and entered this formula

A format is then chosen then OK OK and APPLY.
