Thumbs up Suggestions on best way to approach problem please

    Hi Everyone,

I am an intermediate user of excel but currently trying to improve my stock analysis spreadsheet.
Ideally I am trying to run stock levels down to minimum. But have many different parts that go into making the end product and am trying to run down stock levels for 7 different products.
Could anyone suggest how I can do the following:
    1. Work out the maximum number of products I can make using the stock that we currently have
    2. If to produce current build we have to re-order, automatically add the result of minimum stock order quantity to the stock levels

I know how to do this using different sheets and then just if you update the linked field it tells you that you are short.
But other ideas on how to do this would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Please attach a copy of your workbook so we can find a solution without trying to re-create your data. Remember to remove/replace any sensitive info before uploading the file.

If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution. Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:
