Is there any possibility that i can retain data?
(e.g. Sheet 1 will read data from sheet 2 and when i remove raw data from sheet 2 it will remain and still reflect the removed data from sheet 2)

To have this working you'll need to use VBA Programation in EXCEL.

aren't there any possibilities with just simple formula?
NO. There aren't.
Formulas are DYNAMIC process.
Each time that any cell in a Sheet changes, all the formulas updates their values.
With VBA EXCEL you can have a Data persistence as a database manager.
I don't know VBA but in this forum there are a lot of MASTERs of this.
Have a nice day!
OP should know about this...?
