how to compare 2 columns in 2 different tabs excel sheet.

Hi Excel Gurus,

I need a help on below requirement !.

In my excel sheet I have 2 tabs(1.Target & 2.Source), I need to compare the Date and job_name in source tab with target date and job to display duration data in target tab. Job name in target is not same order as source tab.

Please find the attached sheet for sample.

What is your expected result and why
In your target sheet date shows as 02-09-2015 but there is no data with that date in Source sheet

Sorry Typo error, in both target/Source date is 9/1/2015.

Thanks ! but it is displaying 'not found'.

In my excel sheet job name is not in same order in both tabs.
