find a formulas export goods >0

I have a file.
in the column Z I have a trouble with number export goods <0. (yellow column)
So I want in the column Z>0.
in the column W (yellow column) I want if the column Z<0, then column W will number import end balance in sheet Tonghop.
So now I am finding a formulas.
Please help me find this formulas.

Your sheet is not easy to understand since it is not in my native language. So are you saying that if the value in a cell in column Z of "Nhap-Xuat" is greater than zero you want a formula in column W that will pull a - I'm assuming, lookup value from worksheet "Tong hop"? If that is what you want can you point out which value you want pulled and which value it should look up (which needs to be matched)?

If you see in the column Z at in the row 65 (Z65) = -38 that it is not a result I hope.
and W65=2290 index from sheet tonghop J22 =0.
