    Need help with Charts please!!

    Hello,

I'm trying to create charts for individuals data collected for research. The database includes hundreds of clients and I need to plot a chart with four variables that will be plotted on the Y axis and the X axis would be the date of the data collected.
What is a good formula to use so that I can create multiple charts instead of individually going to create a chart one by one for each individual?

    Currently I have Excel 2013...please advise accordingly...THANKS!!!

The dates are in the A column, and the variables are in the corresponding columns on the side.

There is no 'formula' for what you want to achieve. Sounds like you need a macro. Recommend you move/repost this request into the VBA macro section of this website. Also, include a sample of your workbook and what you want the chart to look like.

What if you use a Pivot Table to aggregate the data per individual, and then create the chart using the Pivot Table info?

I would use a pivot table and then make use of the Slicer to filter the data on the individual. Not all chart types are available if you use a Pivot table but it sure beats using the original data and filtering from there. (IMHO)

Here is a very simple example using real dumb data
