Need help splitting up amount of my paycheck with my partner

Me and Troy are co-owning a small time business.
Im trying to keep it simple by only keeping us 2 involved, if i can figure out this formula, i should be able to handle the rest by myself

I get my paycheck once a week.
Me and Troy are Splitting it, except I am taking 10% of his paycheck and adding it to mine
this formula so far is easy and simple for me, but this next part is what throws me off.

We get paid by the days we work in the week. so if i was to work 5 days and he was to work 4, of course we would have to take that into consideration. I have attached a simple excel file that i made real quick, it will kind of show you in more detail.

typically on a calculator i would take the paycheck amount and divide by the total number of days and multiply it what each person worked,.. and then I also need to take 10% of his check. can someone help me figure this out?
every time i attempt it, it creates a loop
In the file attached it has the correct answers for each of us, just no formulas getting me there.
