    Help with Change_Event

Hi, I am very new to using VBA and hope that someone can help me with the following ..

    Using 2007

I have 60 groups of 30 cell each that are linked to another spreadsheet that receives live data periodically, for example JC3 to JC32, JC37 to JC66 and so on ...

When these cells populate with a value greater than 1, I want excel to automatically copy & paste the values to cells in the next col ..ie JE3 to JE32 ect ...

I have looked at a lot of forum examples and think that the way to do it is with "Change_Event" but I just can't figure out the code .

I would be very grateful for any help

    Best regards
    Paul
