Complicated sorting

Hi everyone.
I have a file with 12 month in it (all of 2014). Each month is divided into 4 columns: Site (.com, .es, .ru etc), name and 2 metrics called C and D (doesn't really matter what they mean).
Instead of 12 months, i need everything summarized into 1 annual figure, called "biggest of 2014". Same 4 columns, but only the biggest value of all 12 months (both C and D).
The names can repeat in different sites, so the same name can be found many times in a single month, which means regular vlookup won't work, need a double conditioned index-match, to match both the name AND the site.
I can do this, but it'll take me 3 days, and i'm sure there are faster ways that i can't figure out.

Nightreg that's not a usable file. See if you can greatly reduce the file size and still post something representative of the challenge (an actual Excel workbook).

Your post is nearly a week old and still no takers. I suspect the 3rd party upload is one of the reasons. Too risky. The non-Excel workbook file would be another. Nobody wants to retype data.

By the description this sounds challenging and doable. Looking forward to your post.
