Updating one cell with the information in a cell on another worksheet

Hello everyone!

I live in Texas and work in a semi-clinic. Our scheduling/room booking program is being updated so in the interim I wanted to know if there was a way to update one worksheet titled "rooms" as available/occupied depending on if that room# is chosen in the column "Room" of another worksheet labeled physician.
I have managed to update a "physician" worksheet to be updated with who has been seen/is ready to be seen with conditional formatting. However, every patient row has a cell designated for room#. I would like some help in that anytime a room# is booked on the MDsheet it will lead to "occupied" on the main RoomSheet. If I can get help with this then I'm sure I can figure out how to apply it to the room being "available" again.
