Formula problem to insert more than one result

I have this problem where I Need t calculate when power needs to inserted and where
I've tried different formula's now and setup but the closest I can get is only to get the first Power
as you can see I need to get more than one result
(Second Table is the result I'm looking for)

Tried some different results with Index/Match but again I can only get the first Power
Tried to set up a Table here but seems something has changed so that I can't see the table as we do in excel so I got screenshot and then attached the file
