I am quite new on this forum and here is my first post.
I am working in a marketing agency as Performance Marketing Manager. It was my first week in this company and thanks to nature of agencies; every employee has several clients such as Coca-Cola, Hotpoint, Total Oil etc.. However, there is no rational solution or way that they use to allocate workload. I want to see and estimate the workload of each client. Therefore, I tried to create an excel where can I see it. My dimensions are; Does the client uses Facebook advertisement, Google, GDN, Twitter, Do they require weekly meetings, do they ask for an annual presentation etc. However, it is not working as I wanted due to some subjective issues such as problematic client boss. Please see above few of my dimensions. So if the client using any type of advertisement for 12 months its 2 points and if it is for a periodic campaign it will have 1 point. But as you can guess this system is not professional at all.
I just wanted to ask your opinions or have you ever seen any excel example which is similar to my companies structure. Ones that I found was always related to work hour, but it is not possible to estimate hour allocation in our business model.
