Unique name count on multiple criteria

Awesome, thanks for the code but one more thing:-

The only thing that this code doesn't consider is the date criteria. I have like thousands of rows with different dates.

Just need the date criteria in the code and I can give date as a cell reference in my main sheet.

How do you want the date to be influencing the code?

Suppose I have 100 rows of data with different dates, I want to have a date in a cell and retrieve the result of distinct names for specific time intervals for that specific date.

For a part of my question I was able to get just the count with this array formula :- =SUM(IF(($B$4=$B$2:$B$14)*($C$2:$C$14=$C$2),1/COUNTIFS($B$2:$B$14,$B$4,$A$2:$A$14,$A$2:$A$14,$C$2:$C$14,$C$2),0))

getting the unique names as well with your code is just awesome for me.
