Hi All,
Im using pivot tables and have a lot of different fields. Is it possible when selecting the required Field List. I can work out for myself that it can be done in the actual spreadsheet, but i am referring to the pivet table tools when changing the filters etc. I have attached a screen shot.

No not really. the screenshot covers what needs to be seen. It is in reference to a excel setting/function rather then the actual data contained therein, so the workbook is useless to have, and wouldn't work because it is on an internal network processing dB enquiries.
