Data validation (drop down list) keeps disappearing

I have a workbook in ".xls" format (and would like to keep it in that one) with several macros. Every time i create a drop down list after reopening file list is gone (no formating in required cell).

Has any of you experience such problem?

P.S. I have noticed that this only happens when referencing to another sheet.
