Does anyone know how to change a name's workbook scope from workbook to worksheet

    Does anyone know how to change a name's workbook scope from workbook to worksheet

    It appears to be blanked out when I attempt to edit a name under the name manager.

    Why not just delete it and then recreate it using the name box and specifying the sheet name before the range name.

    Unfortunately I have about 300 names to with do would rather not have to. Thanks

    Hi,

    No need to do it manually. That's what macros are for. The best way would be to list all the range names in a list starting in A1:B1 - use the Name Manager "Use In Formula" Paste List option to paste a list of all the current names, then use the following macro:
