Yes No IF Problem w/positive or negative result

IDK how to make this work... I need to compare cells and if one cell is yes and another no I need to return a value of a positive number and if the first cell is no and the other yes I need to return a negative number

Currently I have:

IF(B20=C20,0,3000)+IF(B21=C21,0,1,500) -- This formula, however, cannot adjust for a positive or negative number.

What I need is depending on whether the cells are Yes or No the values are either going to be positive or negative as a result. For example, If B20=Yes and C20=No then my answer would be 3000. But if B20=No and C20=Yes then my answer would be -3000. If both B20 and C20 are Yes or No my answer would be 0.
