    Presenting with excel

    Hi all,

    Is there a way when presenting with excel to hide the excel program boarders similar to starting a PowerPoint presentation?

    Hi I will take a look.

    I intend to present straight from the excel spreadsheet projected onto a screen. I know how to hide column and row headers and minimise the ribbon however I would like the white background to extend out to the screen edges so when projected it looks similar to how a PP presentation would look. Is this possible?

    I have seen a few Youtube presentations where only a portion of the worksheet was visible. What software was used I don't know. Another consideration is what the projector accepts as input.
