Delete a tab wiithout it being active

Hi, I am encountering a weird problem with a 'misbehaving' tab! There are a few essbase retrieve schedules on this tab which I think is causing the issue. How do I delete the tab without activating the same because when I click on the tab, the file goes into a spin and am not sure what the file is trying to do but it goes into a 'hanging' mode. So I want to delete this tab without actually clicking on it. How do I do that?

• Open your file - just your file, nothing else.
• Press Alt + F11
• Can you see a window called "Immediate"? If not, press Ctrl + G to show it.
• Copy this into the immediate window :

• Please Login or Register  to view this content.

• Obviously, you need to change the Sheet1 to the exact name of your sheet
• Press enter.
