how to get automatic edit in the linked sheetss

I have three sheets.sheet 1 is students profile. sheet 2 is marks sheet 3 is analysis.
I wanted to delete a students name from sheet 1 for example slno 5.
when i do this i get referror in other sheets.
how can i delete a name in the source sheet and get the result automatically edited in other linked sheets? What i mean to say is that when i delete one name from students profile(that has a list of 10) there is 9 students left. so in other sheets also it should be 9 instead of 10.
