Putting = Sign infront of Cells

    Hi

I have about a 1,000 rows that has for example

    SUMIFS('Curr Mth - Bens - Supp'!$W:$W,'Curr Mth - Bens - Supp'!$F:$F,$F:$F,'Curr Mth - Bens - Supp'!$B:$B,Data!$B:$B)/1000000

    Without the equal sign.

I would like to keep the SUMIFS formula in all cells but put an equal sign in front of all.
Can someone please suggest a best way or macro.

I tried something and it hard coded the value and got rid of the SUMIFS formula which I did not want

    Thanks
