Macro to advance date by one week

I've written a macro which clears my spreadsheet and takes forward my totals to a new sheet for the following week.
What I can't work out how to do is to get it to also change the date and advance it by one week.
Can anybody help me out?

The date is just in a cell on the spreadsheet.

I want the macro to advance it by a week at the same time as it carries forward my number totals.

It is in CELL B1
