Help with merging CSV files

I have more than 750 csv files with each having data in 50000 rows. I have to merge the CSV files to import them into Access. By "copy copy *.csv merged.csv" command, I was able to form a single file but it has 1048576 rows only. It means it was able to merge only 24 files.

How to simplify the process, please help.

An Excel 2007 worksheet has 1048576 rows. That is the limit. If each csv file has 50,000 rows, you can only merge around 20 files.

And, by the way, 750 files each with 50,000 rows would give you some 37,500,000, that is 37.5 million entries.

I think Access might struggle with that many records.
